Due to the nature of our product, we ship via Grounds to comply with aerosol shipping restrictions. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not cover shipping costs for any returned items.
RAW Nails offers FREE shipping to all orders in Canada over $50 (depending on location in Canada – additional charges may apply). For orders from the US – standard shipping applies. We currently do not offer shipping to the Maritimes. Our free ground shipping offer is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, and is not available for resale.
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
RAW Nails does not ship to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOM, DUTIES AND TAXES
RAW Nails is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Our company is based in Canada. Therefore, all of our Canadian orders will not be charged duty fees. We cannot be held responsible for any taxes, seizures or fees from importing our product. You may contact your local customs / compliance agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from RAW Nails.
DAMAGED ITEMS
RAW Nails is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.
Should we be experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
